Singing Slowly is happy to offer its customers a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing from our online store. A refund of the cost of the shipping is not included.
The buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There is a re-stocking fee of $2 applied for each (individual) item returned.
Damaged or faulty goods:
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage or faults. If you find a fault or damage you must tell us as soon as possible before wearing the item for instructions on how to return an item.
Always contact us before returning goods at singingslowly(at)gmail.com. Please return all goods with the original invoice or your name and order number- this allows us to deal promptly with your returned items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and customised (made to order) items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition with the tag still attached. All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided. In the event an item arrives in a condition where it cannot be resold, or does not have the tag, no refunds will be made.
Buyer is required to pay return shipping with tracking & delivery confirmation. All costs associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the buyer.
All items returned by the buyer must be shipped with tracking or delivery confirmation which should be emailed to singingslowly(at)gmail.com as soon as the item ships.

Returns shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded. All return shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer. All original tags & labels to be attached to the original garment for refunds to be processed.
A refund or exchange will be processed by returning funds back into the buyers nominated account or Singing Slowly will organise the exchange of the item.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
